How do I read my originality report from Turnitin?

An originality report will look something like the image below, with sections of your assignment highlighted if Turnitin has found another source with the same text. The different colours indicate which source your assignment matches from the list on the right hand side.

You can see in this example below, Turnitin has highlighted common phrases, the names of the Covenants, and a quote. You do not need to remove these similarities, but you do need to make sure they are properly referenced. If you see large highlighted blocks that are not properly referenced, you should review your work and add a citation.
