Answer

Use AGLC3 Rule 3.4.2 give the rules for citing material relating to Orders and Rulings of Government Instrumentalities.

Instrumentality/Officer, Instrument Title, Document Number, Full date, Pinpoint.

In this example without pinpoint reference:

Fair Work Commission, Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2010, MA000009, 22 August 2016

With pinpoint reference to a specific clause:

Fair Work Commission, Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2010, MA000009, 22 August 2016, cl 4.

Or multiple clauses:

Fair Work Commission, Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2010. MA000009, 22 August 2016, cls 8.1, 8, 12.3-12.6, 14.
