Why am I having problems accessing eResources off campus?

If you are experiencing intermittent problems accessing the Library's eResources from off campus.  

Please ensure that you can access other University resources, eg. Blackboard or MyND Portal, if you're unable to access these, please contact IT Support

Please ensure that you're accessing the eResource from the Library's website & not a saved URL and try the following:

  1. Change your browser
  2. Clear your browser's cache, close the browser and re-open a new window (you will need to do this for each browser you use) 
  3. If you see a message similar to the one below, the site is valid, if or some version of this is included in the address.  Click on Proceed or Advanced to progress through to the eResource.

If you are still unable to access the site, please email and include screenshots of the problems you are seeing.
