Unable to log in
You can log in to the portal site / application (such as MyND Portal / Blackboard) with your student log in ID and password.
If you are unable to log in to BlackBoard, please go through the below steps
1. Try to log in to computers / MyND Portal. if you are failed to log in, please visit the Password FAQ.
2. If you are still not able to log in, please contact IT Services so that IT Service Desk Officer will assist to reset your password.
3. If you are able to log in to computers or MyND Portal, IT Service Desk Officer will investigate the log in issue further. Please contact IT Services for further investigation.
